One-on-One

I offer personal training to people that strictly want one-on-one attention. I work only with you towards your goals, correcting any imbalances or mobility issues, or with prior injuries you have that want to address and eliminate pain and get back to a healthy and pain free life. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or want to do what's necessary to compete in an event/competition, I will work with you individually and make sure you achieve your results. You will learn proper techniques for all exercises as not doing things proper can not only lead to injuries but also not producing the desired results. You will become stronger, look better, have more energy, and be able to do activities you enjoy better and without pain you might be having currently.

Cariovascular Conditiong

A majority of sessions have some "form" of cardiovascular conditioning because it is valuable and contributes to getting results. These "forms" could entail a treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, bodyweight exercises or weighted exercises, or a combination. I have multiple ways that are enjoyable and will produce results.

Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation

I am a Functional Movement Screening expert and it's what I use to first evaluate new clients/athletes. It allows me to detect any possible imbalances, weaknesses, or pains that might not even be known and then provide a solution to correct and fix these and improve your health.
